This book was nothing like i excpected,in fact it was better.It is very informative and a good starting point for anyone interested or wishing to pursue this path.There is a wealth of information on setting out your alter,a breif lesson on herbs and their magickal properties,crystals,and even ordinary objects and things you may not have imagined would find a use in witchcraft!Then of course there`s the section on spells.
I wouldn`t say the book was hugely conscerned with the Charmed characters (although they do pop up),but more about the concepts and meaning behind the charmed spells and themes.All round this is a good book which i would reccommend to new witches and Charmed fans alike, that said I truly beleive this book could arouse the interest of practically anyone - especially those that were compelled enough to read the reveiws in the first place!It has wet my appetite and I have ordered several more books on this matter on the strengh of this book.

I really liked this book. It explains spells and potions from the TV series. I learnt a lot about wicca. The incantions are ones I mostly remember from the program. I think anyone who says this book is a dissapointment is out of their minds. I loved it! However this book would have got 5 stars if it included more about the characters.

Although intially based on the hit US show "CHARMED" it gives an important insight into the real world of wicca, making "CHARMED" more believable and creating an understanding of witchcraft. It gives the reader useful tips on how to practise withcraft and essential information on the show. My favourite part of the books uncovers the bloopers and the episode guides. A wonderful gift for any "CHARMED" fan who wants more information on the show and wicca.

I like this book as it was a gift,i am not a big fan of charmed so was not really looking forward to reading it ,but after i did i was really happy with it ,its nothing to do with charmed an is just like a real book of shadows .It explains evrything on wicca ,tools,an spells which is great for a beginner of the craft.I thought the book was going to be about the tv show an pictures of those three girls everywere but to my delight it was a great wicca book that explains everything you need to know in detail.great for wiccans i say. ble§§ed be

Charmed is a brilliant tv show, and i wanted to see more about the show, i was disappointed that it didn't have so much about the show. Be warned that this book is 90 per cent which info, about herbs and stones, and only 10 per cent charmed. There was hardly any pictures and only a tiny bit about the actors. it you want to find out about charmed, dont by this book, ps, to all the british , lets try and make charmed more popular, so it will be on video eventually like buffy.
