A great read - funny as well as very clever

The idea to replay Peter Pan with modern dilemmas like infertility is brilliantly executed. The book's full of interesting ideas and subplots which make it a pacey read throughout, all heading to an ending that's really gripping. The dialogue is very natural and funny - the bit about what kind of music they play in heaven really made me laugh, but there are loads of great one-liners too - and it was so refreshing to have strong female characters dominating the action.

Does exactly what it says on the tin

...Imagine Peter Pan re-worked by Peckinpah circa The Getaway - only with kids taking the place of money, and the ruthless naasty ones turn out to be the mothers. Good stuff.
