Now as for the story ... the story is set around Ed Burns (a taxi driver in Atlantic City) who one day sees a face from his past, which brings back to childhood memories that he would rather have forgotten, hanging around with old pals and playing games in the street. With these memories comes a lot of anger. This is when the story gets you hooked, as Ed hatches a crazy plan to get some of his old pals together and seek revenge!

I would really recommend this book to anyone who enjoys thrillers. As the sleevenotes says .. "its half way between The Sapronos and a John Woo movie", so that cant be bad.

It would also make an excellent movie one day!
