Bitches- what bitches?

In my opinion this is the best book on finding ways of conducting a mutually healthy relationship. The title may not give it away, but this book is truly about maintaining self-respect and being able to spot the sneaky little hoops men try to make us jump through. I have applied some of the principles and I can say the results were staggering. I recommended it to all my female friends. It may be a little bit americanised, but that may make it even more endearing.
And for God's sake hide it from THE MAN..

... and have just finished reading it. My boyfriend is away for 2 weeks, and things will be a-changing when he gets back! Fantastic reassurance that being a 'nice girl' is not how to get what you want.

I read this and kept gasping in horror at the blunders I'd made. I thought it was too late but have changed my ways and now my boyfriend is so much more into me rather than running for the hills. Was recommended to me and I am doing the same. Word of mouth alone will sell this book. Best of all it's not too American and really makes sense. Helps up understand the dynamics at play in a relationship - also works the same way in reverse. Two of my friends fled from guys who were too keen too soon. She needs to write a version for the boys now too. Thank you Sherry and a big hug to you for sharing your learnings.

A 'MOST HAVE' FOR EVERY WOMANS LIBRARY

I picked this book up at random and boy! am I glad I did. I have recommended it to All my girlfriends both married and single. In our late 30's and early 40's we thought we knew it all, seen it all and bought the T shirts, but this book was so enlightening and totally worth every penny.
It is down to earth, not overly moralistic and impractical. You will certainly see yourself in some of the pages and examples cited. Everybody and I am talking of well educated women agree that it is a well researched and highly informative book. We all must own a copy in our library and pass it on to our daughters. It isn't about Male bashing either.
