Another collection of Pearls strips featuring Rat,Pig,Goat, Zebra and their friends.
If you havent read the previous volumes, this is cartoon humour very much in the style of Dilbert (Scott Adams is a big fan and gave this strip a lot of support on line).
Pig is the central character and follows his happless wanderings through life with his cynical buddy Rat, the inteligent Goat and the focused Zebra- who spends his time trying to save his herd from Lions and Crocodiles. Pastis makes no excuses for his poor puns (which ususally result in Pig getting slapped for his trouble).This volume also starts to see more of the characters realising they are in comics including guests from other strips and plays on the comic format.
In all, more of the same from this great strip.
