A readable introduction to the way money goes into buildings
|
|
As an architect, reading about money in property is sometimes depressing. However the staighforward nature of this book and the paced strucure meant that it provided an excelent introduction to the driving factors in property development. It covers topics such as valuation, values over time, taxation, project costs, cashflow techneques for development feasability studies. The topics sound dry but are important for everyone involved in the construction and property industies.
