This book gives a 2-3 page review of the medical schools in the UK written by students at the schools and edited by the BMJ.It gives alot of information from course content to male/female ratio of students to the price of accomodation and a pint of beer,as well as more limited information on becoming a doctor and the steps taken to get there. I have found it invaluable for helping me to choose where to study medicine and would recommend it to anyone considering doing a medical degree. It is likely to be more truthful than any prospectus and is actually quite funny and enjoyable to read.
