This is a very well presented and carefully structured book. The authors are clearly experienced in the area of helping people to change and they have put together a book that will do what it says on the cover. It is not for people who just want to read theory on why other people have nasty habits though. You will not be able to help, with its many anecdotes, quotes and case studies, examining your own behaviours whilst reading. And if you do the exerecises, change will happen, whether in small steps or huge bounds. As a proffessional sales trainer and Master Practitioner of NLP I bought the book to review for potential use by coachees. I couldnt help using it myself to stop an annoying habit I had of picking at my nails. I have an extensive library of "change books" but have never written an Amazon review before. This is a real testament to the character of the authors who weave such an enchanting spell on those pages. Buy it, bin an unhelpful habit and then pass it on to a friend who can use it too. Enjoy the wonderful exercises that will leave you feeling more empowered than ever before.
