Fascinating

Well written and easy to read. The author marries the celestial to the terrestial as he takes us through his growing excitement as he gradually realises the truth behind the statement "on earth as it is in heaven". His scientific analysis of maps of the earth and the heavens shows that the highest mountains on earth and the extremeties of the land masses are not only arranged as isosCELES TrIAngLes, but aligned to the stars in the heavens which are similarly arranged in isosCELES TrIAngLes. If you are interested in sacred geometry, astronomy, astrology and/or earth mysteries you will find this a fascinating read.

An important and valuable book

Mark Vidler's ground-breaking research in astro-archaeology is based on solid science but is nevertheless significant on a number of levels. His data on star alignments, ancient sites and stellar geometry is there for anyone to check out for themselves, but he has also opened some interesting doors on an esoteric level. In particular, his claim that no archaeological evidence has ever been found for the burial of Pharoahs in pyramids challenges our pre-conceived assumptions about history and raises the question of what the pyramids were really built for. Mr Vidler goes on to suggest that they were built with empty tombs to symbolise the death, resurrection and eternal life of the god Osiris. With this idea in mind, the whole enigma of Egyptian myth and spirituality fits together like a jigsaw puzzle. This book is superb compulsive reading for anyone interested in the symbolic patterns of the earth and sky, or for anyone on the esoteric path looking for a starting point in the pursuit of stellar magic.

Fantastic, thought-provoking & mind-blowing!

This is a complex subject, explained simply for the uninitiated. The author shares some fascinating insights and research into the way our forebears ensured that the great monuments of the world line up with the brightest stars in the 'modern' sky. Gripping reading, I couldn't wait to find out what the next chapter would reveal!
