This book really gave me a boost in my life!! It helped me turn to vegeterian and it is a book anyone interested in his/her health, should read. Very easy-reading, very helpful, with lots of information, can give you a different aspect of life, and food in general. I have recomened it to quite some friends of mine, and most of them share my enthousiasm. I have discovered that this way of living gives constant energy and less fatigue in my daily activities. Everyone should read it!
