A proper review.......
|
Whoever did the previous one has dreamt the storyline!
Catwoman is not in this one..........this is the tie in of the first Tim Burton Batman film and it is excellent, yes 90% of it we already know from the screen play but there are the odd differences but best of all we get to read what Batman is thinking,Craig Shaw Gardner has done a brilliant job with this novel.........and now Batfans........Batman Returns!!!

Atmospheric

In the atmospheric setting of a 1940s 'film noir'-styled Gotham City, Selina Kyle, the 'Cat-Woman', is dead. So begins the quest for her killer. All the usual suspects are present-Penguin, Clayface etc and even Bruce Wayne comes under suspicion. This is a useful attempt to broaden the Batman comic genre and works fairly well. Not brilliant, but still a good read.
