We bought one of these when we first got married 26 years ago. It has finally fallen appart due to overuse. The recipes are easy with ingredients you would normally have in the house. We have bought dozens of recipebooks over the years and still come back to this one.

A must for anyones kitchen!

I originally bought this book in the 1980s and have had to replace it through it being so well used, the recipes are easy to follow and there is a wonderful mixture of delicious everyday meals to special occasion treats (check out mussels in brandy sauce!) I would say a must for anyones kitchen from the beginner to the accomplished chef.
