IS THE STORY GOOD OR BAD NOW THAT IS THE QUESTION?
As soon as I read this book, I couldn't distinguish whether the plot was good or bad. I felt the story wasn't organised very well, though my initial reaction whilst reading the book was that I wantedtom read on and find out the consequence.
The multiplying demon became slightly annoying but I liked the fact that the charmed ones were protecting an innocent rather than their selves- what I mean by this is that it was good for the focus to be on the innocents, rather than an individual charmed character. The innocents in question are mother and her daughter, whom are both worried due to a power not being recieved as expected. I would have given this book 4 stars but I felt the ending was typically over the top which I will not mention as it would ruin the storyline.
After looking at a number reviews based on this book in partular I feel that the reviewer whom said it was the worst charmed book ever, was exaggerating the negaivity aspect. I think this book will be an enjoyable read for most charmed fans but others amy feel disappointed.

A good relaxing read for Charmed fans

Some of the Charmed books lack the emotional core of the show, but this is not one of those. It has at its centre two teenage girls, Lily and Drew who are both really well padded out original characters. What I like about this book is it has an edge of humour, like in the show, but also the drama and the snappy dialogue. Piper is especially well characterized - some authors make her too snappy and shrew like. Overall, a great read for a Charmed fan. If you liked this, check out "Mystic Knoll", one of the other realistic, recent Charmed books.

Worst Charmed book ever!
This book is shockingly badly written, the plot itself is okay though quite confusing and at the same time very dull and basic. What happens basically is the Charmed Ones - Phoebe, Piper and Paige have to stop a demon who can multiply himself. I know what your thinking - The plot sounds okay, what's with this guy? The plot does sound okay and so does the blurb, but it's not until you begin to read this book you relise how bad it really is, sorry Laura but I don't think writing was your true calling. At times Laura tries to make this book gripping and exciting (belive me, it doesn't happen much) but it turns out in a laughable confusing mess of words. This book is positivly without a doubt the worst Charmed book ever - save your £4.99 guys and but one of the real Charmed books like "Between Worlds", "Charmed Again" and "Mirror Image". In fact considering this the worst Charmed book ever any other Charmed book would be amazing compared to this! Ollie Trimble - 13
