I 'discovered' the path of Odinism/Asatru about one year ago, finding information out on the web and in several books/articles over that time; i just wish this book had been released earlier! While relatively short, it provides an excellent overview of the indigenous religion of the Northern European people and its modern expression.
If anyone of Northern European decent feels lost in the spiritually dead and decadent society this book provides strength and wisdom by taking us back to our roots. Don't look to the East for answers/religion when your own people have for thousands of years made their own way.
This is an excellent book for those new to Odinism/Asatru. This is a book you will continually turn back to. (also see publications by The Odinic Rite available from thier site).
