This book is excellent for anyone needing to revise for the M1 Exam, a few weeks before the exam I got an E in a past paper done in class. After buying this book and working through it I got a high A in the exam - worked examples in the CD and very clear on how to draw the diagrams needed for questions.

Great for revision

This book is very very good for revising mechanics topics before exams. It has lots of examples and questions w/ answers from past papers - plus they put step-by-step solutions to some of the questions on the cd you get with it which is really helpful.
I'd definitely recommend this book for anyone revising for M1.

I bought this book to help me retake mechanics one, and i can say that it truely worked. I boosted my grade from an E to a high A, and i believe this is because of the book.
It is clear, helpful, well structured and the layout means that all the problems i had previously were answered immediately. The author uses 'recall', 'note' and 'tip' boxes at the side in every section to make sure general math knowledge is up to standard. The clarity of the explanations used also help for people like me who like to understand why something is the way it is, not just how to do it. If you want help with mechanics 1 for ocr, buy this book!
