Ho Ho for the robbers!

This is an outstanding book for children, with fascinating, detailed illustrations and a beautiful rhyming flow to the story. My 3 and a half year old daughter insists on me reading it to her whenever I am on bedtime story duty. Look out for Grandma Swagg on the final page, pinching sausages!

I love this book
|
I have always loved the Ahlberg's books but this one is my absolute favourite. The wonderful and humorous
illustrations are matched perfectly by the funny rhyming story and combine to create a cosy little world to get lost in. My 2
and 4 years old children can't get enough of this book. A true classic.

This is Vagras' father
|
We bought this book in a bookshop years ago. I loved it. My two sons wanted me to read it every evening to them and I did a lot of the time. Some time ago we bought copies for both of our sons although they are no longer children and Vagras has a daughter of his own. Buy, read, read, enjoy, enjoy, love and keep. Be happy with your book.

Cops and Robbers
|
The rhyming narrative and the timeless, larger than life characters placed in a story that appeals to every child makes this book one of the greatest children's picture books of all time. The image of a gang of robbers attempting to ruin Christmas being thwarted by the work of Officer Pugh is both funny and intriguing and will keep your child hooked to the end. Once bought never forgotten (this is probably the only book i properly remember from my childhood) this is a book you'll be forced to read time and time again to your children but won't mind doing so!!!!
