Bitten by the Shark

I've been a fan of Greg Norman all my golfing life and admired his aggressive approach to the game. I picked up the book wondering if it would reflect the image that Norman portrays in public and I have to say it does. The book charters Norman from childhood to superstar status and although not written as an autobiography it reads like one. Its a 'warts and all' insight into how Norman sees himself and, perhaps more importantly, how others, especially his peers, see him. Any fan of Norman would enjoy this book. However, as big a fan of Norman as I am, the book stills leaves me undecided as to whether or not Norman is a sincere, honest, charitable and misunderstood person or, as others would have you believe, a self-opinionated loner. Either way, a fantastic read!
