Fantastic book

I found this book very entertaining. The main character Rachel is very funny and charming. It is a shame that there is no more books from this author. Very good start.

Quirky and that little bit different
|
The format of this book saved it from getting just 3 stars. It was written in the first person in a real conversationalist manner that made it easy to read and quite amusing. Rachel wasn't the most endearing of characters but her experiences and reactions to said events made this an entertaining read - Hector was lovely!
It really went up in my estimation in the last few chapters. A surprise and emotional turn if events pushed this into another level just when I had relegated it to nothing more than your average summer beach read. Granted, it's not going to win any literary prizes - it's chick lit straight down the line, but it was surprisingly good.

TFNNM - Un-Put-Down-Able!

A fantastic read! I took this book on holiday and ignored my family for 2 days until I had finished it. Rachel, Nick & Hectar are absorbing characters and the ending is heart-melting. Chick lit at its absolute best. Can't wait to see the film!

You cannot put this book down and for once its true
|
|
You read all those comments on book covers where its says 'You can't put this book down'. How often is it true? Hardly ever, except where Jeffrey Archer and John Grisham are the Authors. And now a third author joins their ranks. Its not the story that keeps you reading, although this is great, its the way the author writes that keeps you reading. I would happily read anything this author writes, even if it is a book about watching paint dry. And I bet I would not be able to put that book down either! More please and soon!
