Wonderful

I adore Helen Cooper and both my sons loved Pumpkin Soup and The Bear Under The Stairs, but Tatty Ratty is my favourite, a great book to buy if your child ever looses a favourite toy and feels they can never be replaced. The illustrations are warm and full of detail and I love the parents expressions when Molly wakes them during the night to talk about Tatty Ratty.

Just Fantastic

This book is such a favourite in our house that I keep buying it for friends. My son had a stuffed rabbit he had never bothered with but after getting this book it has gained a new life as Tatty Ratty. The story flows beautifully and it is a perfect book for bedtime although it is great any time of the day. I love reading it with my son and talking about the pictures, needless to say, it's one of his favourites too and has inspired us to look for other Helen Cooper books.

Enchanting

Tatty Ratty is such a special book. The story is enchanting, with simply the cleverest, most perfect ending; and the illustrations are incomparable. My children will treasure this book forever.

Lovely. lovely. lovely

We love Helen Cooper books and this is one of the best. As always her illustrations are exquisite we spend ages looking at every page to make sure we don't miss anything. She has a real nack of understanding children and the way that they think which makes her stories just as enjoyable at bedtime for parents as children. If you enjoy tatty ratty make sure you get the baby who wouldn't got to bed and pumpkin soup which are equally lovely.

An Enchanting Book!
|
|
This has to be the best book we purchased this year for our 3-year-old. The pictures are exquisitely drawn, full of detail, and the story of Molly, who loses her favourite toy is simply delightful. This would be a comfort for any child who loses their own "Tatty Ratty" and has to find a new friend. Buy it, you won't regret it!
