Thought this book was not as good as her other books. on the whole boring.
Would recommend The Personal Shopper.

A Slow Start - but what a finish
|
I love Carmen Reid's books. I have read all them and couldn't wait for this to be released. But I had to fight to keep going as the start was a little tedious and slow.
But once it got going I couldn't put it down.
Sorry Carmen, better luck next time.

up all night

After reading did the earth move, three in a bed and how was it for you, I just couldn't wait to get stuck into up all night. There were no disapointments! The book was clever and witty with that wonderful element of human normality that I have found in the rest of Carmen Reids books. Her writing and characters confirm the realities of alot of womens lives, stuggling to bring up children whilst striving for success at work, doing your up most to reach your goals and successes whilst sticking loyally to your principles and ideals. The book made me laugh and made me cry. I can;t wait for the next one to come out. I truly am a fan!

Excellent Reading

Another excellent book from a great author. I really enjoyed reading this book. It gave me an insight into the life of a journalist and made me realise that they do have feelings too! It was great to see the return of Bella as well. Its always nice to see how characters from previous books are getting on.
