I loved this book It's a must; you'll find humour, sadness, hope and love. All you could ask for in a romance. I couldn't put it down. (I took this on my hols as a gap filling read to the annoyance of my partner I had my nose stuck in this book for first day of our hols in Tunisia) As you following the main character though her story you'll feel every emotion she does. Have the tissues ready.

This book was so good that I couldn't put it down. From the word go the author has you hooked, line and sinker!! The storyline is brilliant and after I had read it I just couldn't stop thinking about the characters and how I would have felt in a situation like that. I wish that the book didn't have an ending. Keep up the good work, I wish I could find more books like this!!!!

This book is gripping from start to finish. It is nothing like the cover would lead you to believe. While there is a lot of romance, there is also suspense, intregue, and turns at every corner! Wow!

This is a wonderful time travel that is both a romance and a wonderful histoical nove, set in Civil War America. I was captivated from the start and read the entire book in one sitting. Absolutely the best book I have ever read.
