Perfect reference for artists

I bought this book as an aid to enable me to compose better equine drawings and paintings. This is certainly not a complete reference to equine anatomy and cannot be recommended as a handbook for a budding vet. But as this was clearly not the author's intention this is no bad thing. The author manages to stay just short of giving more information than the reader as an artist would need but at the same time gives the reader enough information to create a clearer understanding of how horses move. This consequently makes it much easier to be able to draw or paint horses.
