Sweet, Charming and Endearing

Clare Naylor has a way with really charming books. I was a huge fan of her first book "Love: A User's Guide" and greatly anticipated her newest work, "Catching Alice". I found it very easy to get into, and well worth my time. I read it in a few lunch hours and was greedy to finish up this little gem. Her carefree style is refreshing and very charming. I love this modern romance with twists and turns. I loved the characters and found it really easy on the romantic heart. I think you'll love it, if you're just out for a fun and harmless time.

Just as good as her first book

I bought this after I read Love:A user's Guide cos I had really liked that, and this is just as good, maybe even better. Alice is always winding up in ludicrous situations, e.g.inside furry handcuffs, and her stalker situation is funny as well, because he's really a secret admirer but everyone just refers to him as being sick! A great story, which I have read several times and am currently re-reading at the moment.

Catching Alice is a humourous and engaging story that reads as if you are watching a movie. Alice is a character all young women can relate to and embrace, the romance will make you sigh, and the commentary will make you guffaw. Read this if you liked Bridget Jones' Diary, and like comtemporary fiction that is realistic yet still allows you to escape.
