Follow this path: should you?

Being a Gallup fan, having bought 30 times already (to give away) "First break all the rules" and "Now discover your strengths" I ordered of course immediately upon appearance "Follow this path" (hard cover edition). The first 60 pages were disappointing. It may be useful for readers not knowing the other 2 books or Gallup's Magazine, but for me it was rechewing the stuff. The middle bit of "Follow the Path", though partially reflecting the studies published in Gallup's Magazine, made me love this book too (the number of post-it stickers is a terrific indicator!). The very last (research) part can probably only seduce the scientist-statisticians, though some descriptive paragraphs in between may give you a kick (or good idea). I ordered now the paperback already to give a friend and will probably give it another friend too. But 30 times I doubt it! Investors in People will like it.
