Just alright.     
This is in general a good book, although, for a Third Edition, I find it slightly "small for dates" (probably asymmetrical IUGR, because some chapters are excellent). The chapter on HRT, for instance, is disappointing (the spelling of "Tibolone" is wrong twice in the same page!). The chapter on Fertility is excellent. Certainly an asymmetrical underweight book. Hopefully the Fourth Edition will improve the outcome.
