Please beware though that some safe handling practice is not up to date. For example putting someone in the bath.

Excellent, Informative and Interesting

I have used this book myself and have also purchased copies for five of my employees currently studying the NVQ level 2 in Care. I myself have just completed level 2 and 3 and D32 and am eagerly looking forward to assessing my five employees. They are all enthusiastic about completing the course and have found the help and information contained in this book most invaluable.

I found this book to be invaluable whilst doing my N.V.Q. in care level two. It is packed with lots of information directly relating to each of the units in an easy to read and understand format. It is well written and easy to understand it really helps you unravel the N.V.Q jargon! All the students in my group have a copy of this book we all think its great. I have refered to it again and again, even my assessor has read it!
