I bought this book in preparation for starting the English section of the Anthology. This book helped me ten-fold. For each poem you have a section about General feelings in the poem and then a section on "First reading" of the poem, and then we have comments on language and structure, which make us think for ourselves a bit, by answering question, we then look at the deeper insights of particular parts of each poem and finally we can link them to the oral part of the GCSE Exam. This book is useful in so many ways, it has the poem written in full with many pictures to provoke you. I think that this book is a neccessary for every teacher or pupil studying this anthology.
