Great action religous thriller

There are few authors at the moment that write true page turners that are hard to put down, Conrad Jones `Soft Target` books are, and this is in the same category. I really enjoyed the first book I read by this author "The Mask of Atreus" and wondered if you can be entertained to the same level by the same author, his latest offering, is of the same high calibre.
I found I was reading and turning the pages more rapidly than I've done with any other book for some time. (apart from the `Soft Target` novels.)
The storyline is fascinating, intriguing, and exciting with good, believable characters, that you can empathise with easily.
There's plenty of action, and suspense, and scientific and religious intrigue based around factual information
I highly recommend this for anyone who likes the Child/ King/ David Hewson/ action thrillers- type novels/genre.

After enjoying so much "The Mask of Atreus" by the same author, I was intrigued to see if this, his latest offering, would be of the same high calibre.
I found it not only reached but, perhaps, even surpassed "The Mask....."!
I know it is often used as a cliche, but I truly found it so difficult to put down after starting to read it. I found I was reading and turning the pages more rapidly than I've done with any other book for some time.
The storyline is fascinating, intriguing, and exciting with good, believable characters.
The main character Thomas Knight sets out to seek the truth behind the reason why his brother, a Catholic priest, died in the Philipines. Along the way, he is being tracked by fanatical agents who want to ensure that the amazing secret that his brother found stays hidden forever.
There's plenty of excitement, action, and suspense, and scientific and religious intrigue - a lot of which is rooted in fact.
I highly recommend this for anyone who likes the James Rollins/ Steve Berry/ David Hewson/ Bill Napier/ - type novels/genre.
(Those of you who have read "The Mask of Atreus" will certainly enjoy this also.)
