Old but very useful     
This is one of the best nursing/medical books I have seen. My copy is old but very useful. It's large and very heavy, more of a reference book than pocket guide. Useful for community matrons.
Great resource for physical exams.     
For any beginning practioner this book can't be beat. It is easy to use and understand. It shows how to do all aspects of a physical exam, along with taking a complete and accurate history.
