I did not find this book very helpful. The tedious case studies are quite specific, do rarely apply to my situation and are therefore not particularly useful for everybody.I would have expected more facts and information about successful teaching techniques and psycological approaches on students. The book lacks structure and makes it difficult to do some selective reading.
