This book is now my new bible, It has helped me so much in overcoming those performance nerves that you will always aquire at a performance. My self doubt and fear of failure has always been a problem, this book is the solution to my problem and has made me look at performance in a whole new perspective. I have been playing the Flute for 7 years and, even now when I come to perform, whether it be solo of as part of an orchestra, I still get nervous. This book has to be one of the best books I have read for overcoming that fear. I strongly recommend it to all musicians.
