DYLAN is the second book in THE CLIQUE SUMMER COLLECTION, and lives up to the reputation of the CLIQUE series.
Dylan and her mom (who is a famous TV personality) travel to Hawaii to interview the world-famous tennis player, Svetlana. Svetlana has recently gotten out of rehab for her anger management issues, and this is her first match and interview since her last incident. Dylan and Svetlana get in a little tiff, but as a Clique member there is no way Svetlana will come out on top -- and with the guy Dylan wants.
Is there?
Dylan is quite the conniver, I must say. This was another great addition to the series as a whole, and I can't wait to read the rest of THE CLIQUE SUMMER COLLECTION!

a lerning curve mystery
|

So much to learn about the relationship between men and women in the traditionally strict Muslim society in Jeddah made this a learning curve as well as a gripping mystery whodunnit. Beautifully written with a sensitive portrayal of the male main character. I can't wait for the next book!

This is a really good whodunnit, beautifully written, with an excellent plot that makes you want to go on and on reading it. But the fascinating extra dimension is the setting, Jeddah in Saudi Arabia, and the relationship between the central character, Nayir, a devout and traditional Muslim, and the other characters, in particular the female pathologist he has to co-operate with. Highly recommended!
