Don't be deceived by the size and apparent simplicity of this great little book - it's packed full with a richness of brilliant ideas and accessible wisdom - all encapsulated in a clear format.
It's an upbeat and energising read. I found the author's clarity and enthusiasm infectious and empowering just by reading it through, even before trying any of the many exercises and suggestions. I think it can be used and useful at different levels, whether more superficially by the reader being positively affected by a simple read through, or at the deepest level by putting in the effort to do the exercises, which I can see could bring about transformative changes.
It's also full of great quotes that have stayed with me, both by famous people and the author's own words. For example, Buddha: "We are what we think. With our thoughts we make our world". Annie Lionnet: "The more consciously you choose what you want in your life, the more power you have to make it happen."
This book can literally be Life-Changing. Brilliant!
