Excellent Book

Corporate Financial Management by Glen Arnold is a very good book to learn and understand the essentials of business finance. It covers from `basic to in-depth detail' of topics, so that students can build and develop their understandings on the subject from the scratch. Although it seems a thick book, it explains all the concepts with confidence with lots of worked examples and case studies. The format of the book is very good as you would see a lot colourfully highlighted real life FT articles with important concepts are summarised at the end of the each chapter for review. Undoubtedly, this book is a valuable tool for an MBA student, who wishes to understand the UK perspective of corporate management.
