A GREAT HELP!

I was about to embark on a PGCE in English and was thoroughly scared of the knowledge that I would have to acquire and then go on to teach! however, this book which is written in clear terms and is a very easy read covered the basics in teaching such daunting subjects as Shakespeare and offered many invaluable tips, pieces of advice and further reading. A must if you are a student English teacher and perhaps even if you are already an english teacher! An excellent reference book.
