I pre-ordered this book for my Company exam in Jan 2008, it arrived the morning on the day of the exam and I have to say it was well worth the express delivery charge as this is the best book on the market for Company law, even better then the text books!
As ever this series offers students the opportunity to look at real exam questions and also provides a full answer to each question. The book covers all the modules one would expect to find on the LLB Company Law module.
The best thing about this book is that the questions incorporate the Companies Act 2006 fully into each answer and thats why this book sits ahead on its competitors.
