This book is a must for all of us daft enough to be studying perception in the first place. It provides a clear layout of information with its easy to use style. The topics covered are broad and include an ingenious distinction between sensation and perception (which I've found hard to find anywhere). An added bonus is the free CD rom which is included, this is a much better display of examples that accompany the text than any illustration.
All taking exams in this topic must make this their bible for revision. It simply makes its point, whilst delivering up to date research without losing the sophisticated edge needed for essays and exam questions at degree level.
So save up your pennies, because it seems all good texts come at a not so good price.
