Well what can I say - this book is a total cracker with some absolutely cracking scripts randomly chosen from the popular BRITISH TV series.

Not bad but not great

Scripts to television comedy programs generally aren't funny. Even if the original is hailed as a piece of comic genius the chances are that without the actors' timing, pronunciation, etc. the spark will be lost. This book is an exception to this rule. Although it isn't as funny as the television program it is a book that is genuinely laugh-ou-loud funny. That said though it isn't as good as the Red Dwarf novels. I would heartily recomend that all Red Dwarf fans buy this book, but get the novels first.

This book could only ever be great, simply because it contains the words of 2 comedy geniuses, Rob Grant and Doug Naylor. If you're a fan of Red Dwarf, then this is a must buy.
