Still a "black" report     
For anyone who is interested in the population's health just read this report. I first read it in 1987 whilst at university. It had a big impact on my thinking and ultimately lead me into a career in health and social care. Now, twenty years on, I've just finished reading it again. Sadly, we didn't learn too much from it!
