Is it worth the cash ?

I have no grip about the content of the book. However you can download the same scenario free of charge from the web site. The associated questions are slightly different to those you can download. The content is excellent but why pay if you can download?

Good guide, enough to get an good understanding of what the exminer is looking for
|
With exams, I have always found that if you have a good idea what the examiner/assessor is looking for the exam becomes significantly easier.
The Prince2 exams can be a little vague. This guide as well as taking you through the sample papers, explains why the answer is right.

Must read guide
|
This is a must read guide, as well as providing a sample of each exam and model answers. The guide then goes into great detail on why certain answers are the "right ones".
This guide gives you so much additional background information that will help in the exam.
Positives:
+ Prince2 foundation exam £195, Practitioner £360. So putting this into perpective this book is not bad value.
+ Authorities and definitive answers, with a great deal of explanation.
+ the sample papers cover a wide spread.
Negatives
+ Could do with more than one sample paper for each

Fairly pointless
|
This book really doesn't contain anything that 15 minutes on the internet couldn't achieve.
1 practice paper of each exam and a quick syllabus guide.
If it was around the £3.50 mark then it might be worth having as a quick reference but at £20 I wish I hadn't bothered.
