Concise summary of Prince 2, emphasis on concise!
A clear concise explanation of the Prince 2 methodology but it is only an outline, it will not break any bookshelf. If you want an intro then this is the book for you, although I think it is overpriced. If you already know about Prince 2 an want to find out more then avoid this one.

A very good introduction to Prince2, but without pro-formas.

This gives a very good introduction to the PRINCE2 methodology for managing IT or non-IT projects. It clearly explains the background to PRINCE2, and the concepts that lead to better project management (e.g. organisation and roles, phasing, planning, monitoring, quality). It also includes a useful summary of the changes since version 1 (in particular, PRINCE2 is more geared towards smaller and non-IT projects). A useful glossary of terms is provided. This Outline is a good starting point for project managers who have been asked to use the PRINCE2 methodology. It is also useful for senior managers considering whether to implement the methodology, and wanting to know the implications. More generally, it is useful for any project manager who is not necessarily obliged to use PRINCE2, but who may choose to adopt all or some of its practices. This Outline does not contain any pro-forma documents, but an experienced project manager who is not obliged to follow the exact methodology could devise their own based on the information given. A more complete guide is available separately - but read this first.
