Niki Shisler does an amazing job sharing her walk through an overwhelming time and how her family found new joy in their life on the path less taken. Sometimes it takes facing our fears to find the real joy in life. Once you live this completely you will never take anything for granted.

Even with the sadness and pain along the way, I found it an incredibly positive book, and believe it will give hope and strength, not just to other parents in a similar situation, but to anyone with what feels like insurmountable difficulties in their life.

My copy of "Fragile" arrived this morning. I sat down with a cup of coffee and began to read and could not stop until I was finished. It is rare for a book to have such a profound affect on me but Shisler's debut did just that. I wept with sadness, cried with laughter and was uplifted! Niki Shisler is a truly inspirational woman and I urge everyone to read this book. Absolutely wonderful!
