this is an excellent guide for those following atkins or a low carb lifestyle. It has 120 days of daily pages which are designed to help you track your net carb level, water intake and exercise through induction, ongoing weight loss and pre-maintenance. I have found that writing all the food I eat down really helps me remmeber how many net carbs are in a particular portion and so helps train your mind so that later when you have finished the planner you will know portion sizes and carb levels without having to weigh or measure any type of food. I have also filled my book with notes on differnet carb foods so it will be a vaulable resource when I am on lifetime maintenance (which is not too far in the distance now) excellent guide- I haven't felt healthier and more aware of what I have eaten in years, take no notice of the media and its silly scare tactics about this diet- most of that is funded bt the flour and potato industries who are losing millions!
