This is an awesome book: you're done depending entirely on your specialist to tell you what you're seeing on your baby scans! The book talks you through all the important weeks and tells you what you're seeing where and what to pay attention to, like the vital organs, genitals etc etc. It comforts me a lot to be able to interpret my own baby scans, especially since by the time I get home (after all the excitement at the clinic) I've usually already forgotten half of what the doctor told me during the echo and I can't remember which bits I am looking at. The book has beautiful pictures and is a really nice (and non-medical) read!
