Defeated by the Packaging

This product is now delivered in a customer proof, see-thru vinyl container. I'd like to give the book a good review as it looks quite good for beginner's but I can't because I can't extract the CDs from the packaging to try it out! This must be the most awful packaging I have ever come across and quite defeats the purpose of protecting the CDs. There are bound be be stacks of broken CDs from trying to extricate them from the CD holders. I'll probably end up taking a drill to the packaging. A 12mm drill ought to do. No kidding. Hodder & Stoughton get your act together!
