Sonny Barger is a man best known for being the force behind the Hells Angels as we know them today. This book however is a collection of thoughts and lessons learned through a lifetime of trying to live how he wanted to live. It is not just a book for or about bikers. It is a practical 'guide' as to how we can all live our lives better.
Often thought provoking, incredibly inspirational. We could all do a lot worse than read, understand, and adapt our lives to so many of the things he has to say.
A truly great read that I cant praise highly enough.

i suppose the main reason for me giving sonny's book a five star rating is because i found it all relative to my own beliefs and lifestyle.although not a hells angel or even an outlaw i think any real biker has a little bit of hells angel in him somewhere and this book certainly helps you to relate to what he has stood up for and still believes in today.
