this is all lovely and fantastic if you are rich nutritionists who can afford to spend £20-£30 per meal and you also happen to be a chef in a top resteraunt but how many of us can actually say that?
this has nice ideas but deperately lacks reality and if anything it makes the challenge of loosing weight or eating more heathily seem more unattainable than ever!
don't depress yourelf by wasting your money on this nonsense.

A very helpful, practical & inspiring book.

I have been very pleased with this book, it's nice & easy to read, adapt to your needs, with a lots of concise clear guidelines & realistic to fit into your life. Having things like the flexibilty exercises, self assessments, health issues, exercise & nutrition guidelines really helped me get started back to better health in a positive & constructive way.
With how the books' laid out, I was able to get started within the hour of receiving it, without too much info to read through first.

Fantastic, informative resource

This book has a realistic approach to physical, mental and emotional health. It is not another fad diet book to add to the shelf. I have only had the book 2 weeks and we have made the most tasty, flavoursome and satisfying recipes including Karahi Chicken, pizzas and Smoked Salmon Tagatelli (Which we are planning on using for a dinner party!) There are plenty of recipes for my husband and I and a real variety of tastes.
The 12-week plan addresses all areas of lifestyle which I think is different to many books that just focus on what you eat. It is realistic in that it does not require you to eliminate whole food groups (carbs, fat, meat etc)to be healthy. I have tried this before and I always get bored of it after a couple of weeks.
I bought the book for myself as I suffer from migraines and low moods. I also thought it would be helpful for my husband as he is quite overweight. We have been feeling really good by following the plan and I know that we will reach a healthy weight through following it. As you can see, I would highly recommend this book above others I have seen as it provides valuable tools for long-term optimal mind, body and spirit.

firstly if your buying this for a nice list of recipes dont, there are a few in the back which ive yet to try but there is not too many(i think a recipe book will probably follow) ,this book is about making small changes to your current diet in the hope that this will make you healthier and thinner. now this may work ,ill give it a go and let you know ,nothing else has worked so maybe small changes over a longer or lifetime period is the way to go ????? i will see and update you and may be ill adjust the rating. im hoping
