I can only say good things about this Flagship History series - they really are great books. One of the strengths of the series is their layout: The synoptic overview they provide at the beginning of each book is good for gaining a general grounding in the subject, and each subsequent chapter then gives greater detail. The new mind maps are a particular useful feature - very helpful for studying!
I'm looking forward to more resources relating to the books coming out on the Collins Education website. I can imagine these will be really useful on a whiteboard.
