Provides an insight in to sporting life and grief.

As a keen golfer and Christian this had two levels of interest for me and also having recently lost my father, I was able to empathise a little with a family suffering a tragic and sudden loss of a husband and father who was in his prime.

I feel the book was written to help Tracey Stewart's grieving process, discussing the love she had for her husband and father of her two children. He was very human and not politically correct, misquoted in the press on numerous occasions when he simply spoke his mind.

He was an excellent golfer and a warm man and this book conveys his humanity and growing faith in Jesus.

This is a first-hand account of the life of golfer Payne Stewart by the person who knew him best - his wife Tracey. It charts his progress throughout his sporting, family and Christian life. It is a truly inspiring account of a loving, devoted, honest and faithful son, brother, husband and father who so tragically lost his life in a plane crash in October 1999.

It is a must for those who are inspired by the lives of others to strive to be the best that they can be with the talents that God has given them, and although I am not an avid reader, this is one book I simply cannot put down.
