This book is ok. it gives you the basics (summarises), but I don't find it to be in enough detail for the AS/A2 human biology. It doesn't often give you the information that you require.

I found this book to be very usefull and great for essays in my AS course of human biology. Its divided into easy to read chapters and is just the right depth and detail for AS/A level.It provides you with a good base for any background reading needed and is easy to understand.overall an excellent book!!!

I have just obtained a grade B in chemistry AS level and I owe it mainly to this book it is full of the information you need and gives just that little bit extra for you to do well, I look foreward to using it for A2
